REGENERATIVE STORYTELLING

A systems approach to sustainability

A new era requires a new narrative

Regenerative Storytelling and leadership for businesses means embracing the next level of sustainability. It is about shifting your mindset from organisations as machines, from people as assets, from the earth as a resource, to an interconnected living system.

Like nature, this systems-based perspective is design for evolution and ongoing development, not short-term fixes.  Using a regenerative lens, while considering the whole, means our impact can be much bigger.

But how do you embrace systems thinking without a compelling dialogue?

It begins with transformation

Regenerative Storytelling and leadership for businesses means embracing the next level of sustainability. This work is for clients who are interested in reversing the damage done, rather than sustaining (sometimes more like maintaining) the status quo.

Clients will be led by UK-born Dr Claire Scobie, an author, business journalist and strategic storytelling coach who developed the Regenerative Storytelling technique.

Her approach was adapted from a theory called regenerative leadership theory that is being used internationally by a new generation of sustainability professionals.

Under Claire’s guidance, Regenerative Storytelling can be used to transform complex decarbonisation or ESG strategies into compelling, climate-ambitious stories that leaders can use to inspire and align suppliers, clients and team members.
